A few magic things

Ignore the text on the last screenshot. Just the kanji translation please.

Also these powerups. I imagine they'll not make much sense without the context of what they actually do though.

I'll give it a try. I might be corrected a post later. X D

分身 : Bunshin. The proper english word doesn't come to my mind
but it's that tech where someone make doubles of itself, real or not.
Like Double Team in Pokémon or the Shadow Clones Jutsu in Naruto.

月光 : Moonlight/Moon Beam.

地平弾 : Ground level bullet/shot. So, Ground Shot maybe?

地曲弾 : Ground curved/musical shot?

四界火 : Four Worlds Fire.

炎二宝 : Flame two treasure. Or maybe Jewel in this case. So, maybe Flame Twin Jewel?

火竜 : Flame Dragon

地裂弾 : Ground Tearing/Spitting Shot. Or maybe Ground Splitter? : )

乱月光 : First kanji can mean disorganised, riot, confusion, disturbance, that kind of stuff.
Maybe Random Moon Beam?

貫地弾 : Piercing Ground Shot.

鳳仙花 : a (garden) balsam; a touch-me-not. It's some kind of flower. In short, Balsam.

炎三宝 : Flame Triple Jewel?

Now, the power ups.

連 : party (as in "team")?
速 : speed
命 : life
力 : Power
強 : Strenght.

力 is used for strenght or abilities in general. For exemples, in rpg, a mage might have a high "Knowledge Power" stat.
In the game, from what I have seen, this one make you shoot more bullets at once.
強 is used for saying that someone or something is strong.
Well, that's my personal experience anyway. Maybe someone will have to expand or correct this.

"Clone" would be the best choice of word.

地平弾 - This is basically a bomb you drop on enemies. It has a slight downward curve.

地曲弾 - Same thing as above, but it bounces on the ground if you miss.

火竜 - This where four consecutive fireballs circle you and then fly off towards the enemies in a straight line. Kinda reminds of the symbol for standard deviation. Doesn't really look like a dragon, but that's probably because of limitations.

四界火 - This is where four fireballs in a NSEW position circle you a shield/barrier and go away once they make contact with the enemy.

炎二宝 - This shoots 2 fireballs simultaneously in a down and up direction.

炎三宝 - Same thing as above, but an extra fireball goes to the left.

分身 - He shoots his clones in diagonal directions. Looks more like a clone attack.

貫地弾 - This is like the bouncing bomb, but the fireball version that just keeps on bouncing.

乱月光 - A bunch of random moon beam fly around.

鳳仙花 - Like the bombs, but when it makes contact, it explodes like a scatter bomb.

Just call it a Bomb, then.

地曲弾 - Same thing as above, but it bounces on the ground if you miss.

S-Mine, better known as the Bouncing Betty.

鳳仙花 - Like the bombs, but when it makes contact, it explodes like a scatter bomb.
