Personal Projects / Re: Moon: Remix RPG Adventure PSX Translation

Reading about the game via hardcore gaming 101 and one or two other sites I am very interested in this game. It seems to be an avant garde deconstruction of the RPG genre which I find to be compelling enough.

Anyway of continuing the saga of FFVI is much appreciated by me, and most of the FFVI hacks that I've seen have hardly had something so different like this in any of them. The screenshots really look good and I am liking the Randgrid boss. It's very interesting, for me, to theorize how this new location would fit into the universe of the game, though it also reminds me of the optional dungeons and bosses in the GBA remake of FF1. Will check it out when it gets finished.

Thank you Nightcrawler I forgot about that list. Thank you also for translating Super Famicom RPGs so that we can all enjoy them.

We should have a list of how many Super Famicom RPGs are still left to be fully translated. There are still a good amount of them left.

A new Sega console? I'd buy it at some point in the future. Would be interesting to see some of those Dreamcast homebrews actually get an officially licensed release on some new Sega console. Maybe a Wind and Water Puzzle Battles II on the Sega Mars developed by the Sonic Team.

I really liked Shining Soul II, pretty much a hack and slash game with different levels and everything but it became way too hard for me so I decided to put it down. Perhaps you'll like that game.

This is becoming so neat!  Another SNES RPG getting translated fully, what more can I say? I've been waiting for this accessibility for a long time.

Very good stuff. Keep doing it, Tom!

I've been interested, recently, in all of those Korean Computer RPG games that never came here in any way, shape or form. Many of them look impressive. Thank you for your service, @derboo.

This and Marvelous- Another Treasure Island really interest me when it comes to untranslated Super Famicom games. I know that the series is big in Japan, this even saw an XBox 360 JP-only remake I think and that Translation Nation has hyped the game up as being one of the, if not the best Super Famicom JRPG which is saying a lot about a game. I also don't think that Gaijinworks has anything but Tengai Makyou IV on their minds should they localize a game in the series. It looks quite good, and is nice that I am not just a lone voice in the wilderness hoping to play one of these games in English along with knowing that this is a current project that is moving quickly. Thank you.

I saw the help wanted ad for the game around the same day that I would constantly talk about wanting to see this game getting translated into English. This thread proves that the project will indeed be finished in the future, thank you.
