Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get a screenshot of something ingame, but don't want the character invisible.  This is for the Japanese PS1 ROM:
Rockman DASH 2 - Episode 1 ~ Roll-chan Kiki Ippa

I would be super appreciative if anyone can find these codes:
Disable HUD
Press X to hover in midair (airwalk)
Make Mega Man Invisible
 
Unfortunately I have no other codes

Hello,

I wanted to see if someone would be willing to help with this translation.  There is an english translation for some of it.  But wanted to see if anyone wanted to compare to see how accurate it is and translate the rest if possible.  I understand if it can't be done though, it's low quality.

Thank you, I appreciate it! And yes this is indeed from that demo, was making a video of the demo and I couldn't find the name for the town anywhere, or translations for the menu. 
 
Seems like it could be a play on her name because this level is a town and then a ruins tutorial that involves her.

I managed to luck out and found these very quickly:

; check byte to display HUD
$8009A910 = player health
$8009A930 = player weapon
$8009A950 = boss health
The game uses bit 2 to display each of the HUD elements, so a value of $01 will just hide them visually.

Thank you, works great :] I was looking for the value in the wrong way before.

That shouldn't be as simple as you think (I can't imagine it could be done with cheat engine). And it would be called a hack.

A bunch of other PS1 games I have just have a single gameshark code that can do it, thought I'd be able to find one like that but I wasn't able to :[ Never done any romhacking and I really only want the code to take a few pictures with no HUD lol.

This isn't exactly a hack but I need to disable the HUD on an old PS1 ROM. 

It's the Rockman Dash Beta Trial (Capcom Friendly Club disc).  I've tried with cheat engine in ePSXe and retroarch's value search but can't find it.  Should be 2 bit but nothing I found has worked.
 
How would I go about doing this, or would someone be willing to help?  Been searching forever now.
