There is no frequencies above 13000Hz, for the sound effects.

uhhhh not sure? You can always try the PC version and let us know your findings. Outside of footsteps being absurdly loud, I don't really recall the PS3 version having crap quality SE's.
Listen to the to the treble of the galloping footsteps of the horse that comes down from the sky.
Use studio monitoring headphones.

Is the sound effects of the steam pc version mp3 compressed too?
Or i have to wait for a FF13 HD remaster.

If all else fails.

Many sound effects in the Final Fantasy 13 ps3 vidogame is of low sound quality.
They all sound like they have been badly denoised or mp3 compressed.

I can't listen to them comfortable.

I can' find a option in the sound dialog in fceux to turn this off.
I only want the frameskip feature to work like the frameskip feature as seen in zsnes.

Or for bigger replacements, they just use a lookup table and do just one pass on the data.

And know their original names so not merge with them with other letters which has the same name.

Reset don't work in zsnes. I have to click the .SMC file again. Create a new game savegame slot.
Then i can see all changes properly.

I always have to reset the rom and make a new game playing from the beginning only to see edited monologues correctly. A complete waste of time because i struggle with:

Now i don't need monologue screenshots.
I will change monologues as i progress the game.
The last monologues i will change are the end game credits staff roll.
