Im pretty sure they just screwed a screenshot. I never saw anything that looked like that in the screenshots I found.

The game seems to be a GB link cable focused pet simulator.

If anyone who hates byuu still felt kind of bad about the sender, someone on reddit posted screenshots of byuu's forums where the sender (Smarthuman) said that he lied about the real value of the package and all that because he was hiding information from the governmental agencies so he could take their welfare money...

https://www.reddit.com/r/emulation/comments/5uckkd/100_snes_pal_game_shipment_update_package_was/ddtjzc6/
Wow, one douche steals money from people who may truly need welfare, then another douche at a shipping agency steals a box of high value video games.  This is some fun stuff

Also, it seems that the package was listed under a food item. He does know that lying on a customs declaration can land you in some federal fees (or jail for fraud, in extreme circumstances), right? Byuu should be fine, but the other guy might get capped for this.

I believe that the majority of millennials were for Sanders. Which the older crowd screwed over. So no, I don't think millennials are to blame. maybe the generations before, but not the current one.

Which lead to the current generation needing trigger warnings for public restrooms possibly being entered be other people too and everyone living in their own little filter bubbles on the net so they don't get confronted by people not agreeing with them. The same Generation that got brexit and Trump voted into happening and is now whining on the net about it like little babies.
...Yep. The same generation that is still crying over the death of a gorilla which happened over half a year ago.

Spoiler:
Then they killed his Grandmother, how far does this rabbit hole go?

Haven't played any of the newer Shadowrun games until about last week. Before that time I used to play the Shadowrun on Genesis way too damn much.

But then I saw it. On the best of 2016 humble bundle, for $3 I could get Shadowrun: Hong Kong.

"Well shit", I said. "That's like, the cost of a tube of toothpaste, I can skip on hygiene for a while."

So yeah, I paid the $3 and gave some of the repeat games away. Holy shit is this game hitting all the right notes, focusing on the runs themselves instead of the main purpose. I might have to pick up the other 2 games in the revival series.

I really miss my toothpaste though...

Elona

Super fun.  But super long, and very grindy.  I never get very far due to my wanting to keep starting over all the time (I have that problem with a lot of games)

Same here, every time the variant gets a new update, I start a new save to make sure there aren't any issues :P

Gaming Discussion / Re: Recording footage from an Adobe Flash Player game.
« on: November 26, 2016, 09:21:33 am »
you could open the game in a "full screen" mode, if possible. Just save the FLV to your computer and launch it in some program that allows full screen. its an ass backwards way to do it, but it might get the job done.

Gaming Discussion / Re: Persona 5
« on: November 17, 2016, 05:20:26 pm »
Late, but...

For 1 PSP is strongly recommended.  On the PS1 Persona 1 is known as one of the worst localization jobs in the PS1's history at least for various reasons (whole parts are rewritten, completely cut a whole sidequest, etc.).

However I find in general the music and FMVs are way better in the originals (there is a hack in which you can play the PSP version of 1 with the original music), and that's why I'd personally rather play the PS1 fan translation of Innocent Sin.  You'd need to play the other half of P2 through PS1 anyway IIRC.

Yeah, if possible play the original on the ps1, ONLY THE JAPANESE VERSION THOUGH. they just destroyed it when bringing it over here. and in the psp versions they took out quite a bit of the music, not just replacing it but actually removing some and inserting a reused track in its place.

You may be able to find a few more people if you post a help-wanted ad.
should be on the left sidebar under "main". after clicking that you will want to hit the easy to miss bar that says "submit help wanted ad".

That bar is really small...

1995...better question then: does it run on windows 7?
It ran fine for me.

Gaming Discussion / Re: Metroid Prime: Federation Force
« on: August 20, 2016, 01:52:59 am »
It seems to be based off of prime hunters, which felt more "fps" than typical metroid games. but wow, this game is really being hated on by the fans of the franchise.
