CUE has a decompression tool. The files are PAC and SQV.

I see the text, but I need to recompress this files.

I need help to open and edit the images!

I want to translate the game into Spanish, and I have located all the text. But I need to translate the game graphics.

A group of Chinese translators that have been edited, but no way to contact them.

So I need help.
