Font 1 is the same as the 8-bit Games of the first two generations of Pokemon and we are familiar with that, but it can be eyestraining as Ziko said. The second font is the same as the three Final Fantasy Legend games on Game Boy and that could be a next to perfect alternative font which I am sure many of you will agree with. Font 3 and 4 are not our cup of tea especially the last font which comes from a poorly translated English patch from back in the day. Font 3 is from a THQ game or other 8-bit games from American publishers on Game Boy Color games I am not familiar with. If you guys don't like font 1, font 2 it is. Many of you will hate font 4 due to it coming from a poorly translated English patch from who knows were it came from. People will have mixed reactions for font 3. People may like font 1 since it comes from the first two generations of Pokemon adventure games we know and remember. Font 2 is from the second best game series out of the four fonts we are all familiar with and I am sure many people will vote for that since that font is less eyestraining out of the four fonts shown here.

The reason why Bad English exists is because of censorship and deadlines as said by reading This be book bad translation, video games!

It is said that Nintendo owns the rights to Monolith Soft instead of Bandai Namco.

I don't know why somebody came up with the Instant Death Spike patch for Super Mario Bros.!

I can guarantee that we're probably going to get a bunch of Nintendo Vs. System Titles on the Nintendo Switch under the Arcade Archives.
Vs. Punch Out!! is going to be a bit different from the 1984 Arcade Version.

Where did you hear that story?

I was thinking about a Relocalization of Puyo Puyo on Genesis with music updated to use different instruments and actual drum samples from Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine instead of the original Japanese version which uses the noise-based percussion.

Source of Unused Stuff for Puyo Puyo Relocalization: and look at sound test.

Puyo Puyo title screen from the Arcade Version would be reused for the Relocalization hack of Puyo Puyo for the Sega Genesis and the voices from the Arcade version will fit into the Sega Genesis.

If so, don't forget to add David Javelosa if you are using instruments from Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine into Puyo Puyo for the Sega Genesis.

I've never seen anybody do a romhack of Puyo Puyo on the Sega Genesis so it would be great to see a Puyo Puyo Relocalization hack.

I think the AtariBox was made to atone for the failure of the Atari Jaguar and will try to not make the same mistake again.

Gaming Discussion / Re: Mega Maker (Mega Man Maker) released!

So Mega Maker(Mega Man Maker) is the Mega Manified version of Super Mario Maker.

Who was the hacker who did the Lost Levels Graphics patch for Super Mario Bros.?

It would be great to see somebody upload a Super Mario Bros. 2 Japan Graphics patch to the original Super Mario Bros. It will be like the original game, but with the graphics as what we call The Lost Levels.

An interesting randomizer is the Final Fantasy 4 "Beyond Babil" Randomizer with fedorajoe's Playable Golbez patch. That way, we can see Golbez evolve from Zero to Hero.

It's great to see Hokuto No Ken for the Genesis in English.

The reason why TileShop is called Flexible Graphics Editor is because it is easier for people to edit sprites and make romhacks out of them then other sprite editing programs. For example, making 16-bit Touhou hacks by replacing characters with ones from TouHou.

I've seen other graphics editor programs and I believe that TileShop will be the most useful. As a matter of fact, they can finish Mega Man Z with the correct Zero sprites.

Obviously, they may be uncensoring some stuff that was cut out in the original American release and bring it back to the Virtual Console.

It seems DASTARD is a big fan of Touhou. It's too bad none of the hacks are American releases.

Once people get a SNES Mini and find a program that can hack SNES roms, people can do speedruns of Final Fantasy VI General Leo Edition with the Final Fantasy VI Title Patch by Yazoo and Final Fantasy IV Playable Golbez Edition with the Final Fantasy IV Namingway Edition Title Screen (add-on) patch by chillyfeez. Then we know what game we are playing instead of the Final Fantasy II and III North American names.

Nice! Fedorajoe can use this to fix Golbez's battle sprites as a playable character. It's been a pain to do in the past, but this program can make sprite editing easier. For example, Golbez's SNES use magic pose can be a mashup of Golbez's normal pose with Cecil's victory pose but edited to convert the PSP/Wii/Mobile phone of Golbez's use magic pose into SNES.

I am happy the hacker is not going to release the game until it is fully colorized.

We finally get to see PC-98 games now translated to English. It has been a long time coming!
