There is also an utility called VGMToolBox.

Then download PECNDE.ips and you have to unzip the ROM haven't , if you are still having problems you can patch it on your pc and move the rpm file from your phone to your pc by usb.

5
You should have a file called PECNDE.ips first open UniPatcher then
1- load PECNDE.ips at patch file
2- load the game rom
3- choose the output of the patched game file

Enjoy playing the hack.

6
I don't use android but there are two apps on Google play store you can download called UniPatcher and ROM Patcher or you can upload the hacked rom to your phone directly from your PC.

7
Since ps4 and xbox one were released I am hoping that we get a few ps3 and xbox 360 translations, utilities, and document by the next couple of years.

Hi dashman I will admit I am not a good hacker or translator and English is my second language the only thing I can do for this project is being an organizer for example this is what I will need
1- need a translator checker
2- need a hacker that will insert the text (this part is open for everyone) and the list of people goes on
3-people who can tell me about bugs and fix them(this is also open)
and also what I mean by open is people can get the current patch and edit it how they like and then send it to me again and update it every few weeks
I made this idea for hacker that want to translate but don't understand Japanese because there are a lot of people that wan to be part of groups but can't
I also am doing this because of a lot of translations are being dropped

sorry for the messy writing
and by the way dashman you are one of the people who inspired me to do this because of your srw gc translation

Hi everybody I am a new user on romhacking and one of the reasons I signed up here is that I just had an awesome idea that is:
open-source (free) translation
So basically this is how it works it is a way of translation I thought of recently it is that anyone can participate in the translation and it will be free and open to anyone.
So my main idea is I want to use this system to see how it works out but i want to know where should I post it do I post them in personal project or rom hacking discussion or general discussion.

and also what do you think of this new way of translating and hacking tell your thoughts.
