Two suggestions.

1.) I seriously cannot read the left hand bar links without highlighting them. They need to be lighter grey to show up or pick another color.
 
2.) Eliminate the frame bars. If you're going to keep frames, at least make them invisible. A better option would be do do away with them completely. You can still keep the exact same layout with CSS.

3.) Extend the right frame data to fill 100% of the space. It looks pretty silly on higher resolutions with a bunch of blank space on the right.
