The manga was originally published in Lemon People, which is a (now defunct) ero-manga magazine focusing on lolita (i.e. pedophilia).

I.S.T., I have read all the posts. I said that I was curious on how different the were. As in, I wanted to confirm for myself whether the animation IS indeed 100% different or whatnot. I did also read the wiki on Zeorymer. I guess you can say I'm a bit curious, even if I end up hating myself for it.

That's what I would assume, but it may also include mission titles and in-battle announcements such as "Afterimage" or "God Shadow".

Honestly, there was one thing I liked about the Zeorymer manga over the OAV, spoilers ahead:

Mainly that Masaki was portrayed as a bit more crafty than he was in the OAV, for the simple reason that he had the foresight to make his "reincarnation" that wasn't Masato a human body without a pre-existing life or personality to screw him up like Masato did.
