Utilities: TOC Changer v1.2 released!

Hi all! I finally released the pre-final version of my tool, TOC Changer.
This tool was made to help PSX/PS2 hackers editing TOC data information, for example changing the file size and/or file LBA.
So you can expand and move files inside your PSX/PS2 iso file.
If some of you work on PSX/PS2 games, you should know how important file expansion is.
You can find my tool in the Utilities section.
I suggest you to read the ReadMe for more information about it or the TOC Changing guide wrote by Sephiroth 1311 (italian only).
