It was included since some people play on a flash cartridge or whatever. Anyway, the project is abandoned, since the coder (Spikeman) is nowhere to be found.

Currently, the things that are left to do are:
1. Rebuild the title screen (which was already designed, and only needs to be implemented into the game).
2. Fix minor text issues.
3. The original plan was to make a sunlight patch that works at all times. However, it's totally optional.

I mean that the last time I checked, his website and forums were down. Also, he didn't update nor had contact with the rest of the translation team for about a year now, causing major frustration for everyone.
So while it may not be the nicest thing in the world to ask for another coder, so is disappearing in the middle of a project.

Well, the old website (http://spikeman.hokuten.net/) wasn't updated for half a year, MMBNO is down for even longer, and the new website (http://spikeman.hokuten.net/new/) is just a shell, if it can be called that. That and the lack of communication between you and the translation team adds up to:
Spikeman = M.i.A.
At least, that's how my logic works.

But the important thing is - did you make any progress on the patch? It's good to see you still get online, but... Project-wise, it doesn't mean anything.

I hope this project goes smoothly and finished, cause I'm really waiting for it....

Please refrain from necroposting for a useless comment like that, this is a major peeve of most people.
