Translations: Panel De Pon - English Translation

After 3 months of work, the translation project for this game has come to its conclusion 12 years after the game was released by Intelligent Systems. The game was released in US and Europe, but under the name of Tetris Attack, and it featured a modified story Yoshi and pals instead of the original cast.

I must say that before I started this project I hardly ever did anything related to hacking, so this was my very first attempt to understand how the internal mechanics of a computer game work. I hope you all like what has become of it. The only thing that didn’t get translated was the big “PDP” logo itself as I could not (yet) create a good substitute for it.

Yes. Thanatos. I just got dominated.

Well I just got around to playing this one tonight. Nice work on the translation. I was able to beat vs. mode on easy as a warm up, and then I got to stage 8 on Hard before quitting in frustration. Didn't get to see Thanatos at all though.

Definitely still a fun classic.

, you're absolutely right. I've received a mail from somebody how is going to do an improved grammar check on this hack (I'm not English native speaking myself so that may explain a few of the mistakes). Anyway, the update should be ready (including an English title logo ). Unfortunately, however I don't have any spare time at the moment to finish this job right now. I promise it will be completed in the beginning of August. Thanks for the support from all of you!

I think Kirby's Avalanche was the localization of Puyo Puyo.

Yeah, Puyo Puyo got a fair number of Madou Monogatari-free U.S. versions such as Kirby's Avalanche and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine.
