Help with Rock and Roll Megaman Editor!

This is really frustrating!  :banghead:

Whenever I open the editor from:

File==>Open ROM==>Mega Man (U)

then I get this dialogue box saying:

"Please select a valid file"

What am I doing wrong? Please help  :'( :'( :'(
