Can't send or receive private messages + submission pending more than 24 hours!

I have been trying to send a message and the message box is empty. I have sent a message to the administrator about why my submission is pending if it said there's 24 hours needed to get it submitted and I'm waiting 4 days already. What is this? A ban? If yes, then for what? Please someone tell me, I'm confused!

Make sure your inbox isn't full. The recipient's inbox also cannot be full.

Actually, it's COMPLETELY empty! I don't even have messages I received from before!
