loda.jp was really more of a general file hosting service from what I understand. While they used it as one of their main upload places at one point, currently the Japanese RS3 community has its own file uploaders, SagaUpLoader
There's a third one, ああろだ(ああβはこちら) , listed on the RS3 thread at gameurawaza, but I think it's associated with one of the major RS3 hacks. Also, the download speeds from there are ridiculously low for me for some reason.
There's no way in hell you can make a newb-friendly "editor", similar in function to editors for other games, because - as you and I both know - the SaGa games weren't made the same way as other games. I need to make something that works exactly the way that Square's tools worked, if I want to build a community around modding SaGa games.
I was mostly just hoping for "Extract Japanese mod's script, translate, re-insert".
