Not sure if this goes here, but I have a problem with downloading FFIII

translation patch by ad0220.  When I try to extract the file, the .exe is not extracted.  The readme says to unblock the zip, but the .exe is still not extracted.  And I can't find any topics on this anywhere.

How odd.  I have never heard of "unblocking" either.

I tried the Zip file with IZArc just now and it worked fine.

'Unblocking' is a Windows Vista+ thing and relates to files downloaded over the Internet. It shouldn't be an issue unless you have an asshole policy administrator (which is only really the case in schools and corporate environments).
