can battleclash be played on emulator?

I have ZSNES

is it possible on there or is it better on SNeS9x?

Any Super Scope game can be played on ZSNES.  Read the user documentation that comes with the emulator, it will tell you how to change the input device you are emulating.

Maybe it's just me, but Super Scope emulation was available for a long while now.

It is up to you to educate yourself on how to get it working.

If you use NSRT and add the NSRT custom header to the game, it should allow emus that support that special header to enable the "Super Scope"/mouse automatically when the game is started.

Hehe, I don't know who Validus is, but I think that if he didn't know how to enable the super scope option in ZSNES, a feature that has been available since 1998 (give or take), then I doubt he's going to know what NSRT is.
