The final "ps" of "Temps" is silent - otherwise the normal rules of pronuncation applies.
In fact it's the only place in french words where there is no rule - the final "x", "s", "t", "p", "d", "z" letters or combinations of them are usually silent, and if they have to be pronunced there is a final "e" after the word which is silent. However it happens you have to pronounce them but this is rare (I don't have any example in mind) so it's safe not to pronounce them.
