Looks simple enough.

While I'm at it, any suggestion on what to translate the title screen as? Probably going to go with Panic at Flower Garden for the last part and maybe Sunshine Angel Maro. One thing that I makes me wonder is where the title Angel Marlowe came from because the name isn't Marlowe. Instead it's Maro.

Screens 1-3:
Options
Controller [or controls, rather] (A Type)
Game Level [or difficulty, rather] (Normal, Hard, Easy)

Title Screen:
Start
Password
Options

Usually a “maro” in Japanese is (pronounced) マロ. People are getting that from マーロー, which is how you would say “Marlowe” in Japanese, but just because that is the correct translation one way does not mean it is the correct translation the other way. It’s probably open to interpretation.

Could it be Mallow instead?

I should've looked at the script because it specifically has マ-ロ- for the name. If I had to guess, the title screen was probably a typo or something. Oddly enough it appears the sun's name is Phillip. Bizarre reference for a game of this type.

That title screen quite clearly says マーロー (well, not so clearly in that the ロ looks funky, but...)

Would anyone like to go the over main script? I realize that translating this game is practically an exercise of redundancy, but I've had my eye on the game for quite some time and am just now following through with everything. The translation can only be a maximum of 4 lines per string and I believe 18 characters per line.

It must be said that I do not intend to use the work of old because I do not wish to respect the person's wishes of using their font (don't like it). I suppose it would be alright to use the old script as a point of reference for a newer translation that fits within the new translation limits.
