Need help with Final Fantasy VII NES graphics

All the data is near the graphics; this is an easy hack. If you want anything else, ask.

This game has very few "own" graphics, all enemies are from FF III,and a few other graphics are from FF II.The monsters mostly do not look like their FF VII counterparts
and Lindblums enemy images arent of good viewpoint and quality.
A lot of the towns and dungeons need remapping.
Then some tilesets are very unfitting,like using temple tiles for industrial areas or greeny slums.
Hanjuku Hero, a NES strategy game from Square has a nice tileset for your inspiration

Hey, I just wanted to know if anyone knows how to enter a vehicle after you exit it. I just got the land rover, then I got out of it but don't know how to get back in. I tried every button and can't do it. Also, am I allowed to release a graphics patch before it is done? I wanted to get some people's opinions on how everything looks so far. Thanks
