Shift-JIS w/ redone English Lettering

Here is a table for representing Shift-JIS English characters in regular format as “ABC” instead of the Shift-JIS “ＡＢＣ” format. It still retains the Shift-JIS format but this makes it easier for entering English lettering in programs with such hex editors as Windhex and those that support tables.
