I have plenty of gripes about this.

1: When changing something’s pallet, it is impossible to see what you are changing, so it’s really hard to make pallets.

2: The enemy editing system is wierd. Let’s say I try to edit the weakest enemy in the game, Chirper. Okay, so I select Chirper, and his stats are all wrong! Plus, it’s hard to add moves and change animations.

3: It’s impossible to edit the script because it’s complete giberish. You don’t know what you’re editing or why you are editing it.

4: My biggest gripe is that sometimes, a window will pop up, saying “You tried to Blah Blah Blah” and then it would say “Normally a wise move, but it has resulted in an error.” And now, you are screwed! Everything you click except the minimize button brings up that message. Even clicking on the X brings it up. The only way to exit is Ctrl/Alt/Delete.

So yeah, this really needs to be fixed. Maybe I was doing something wrong or something. Is it supposed to be like this? I dunno, but hopefully it gets fixed.
