Another Dragonball Z Game Sees English Translation!
11 August 2006 12:33PM EST - Update by RedComet
That’s right, we’ve done it again - a DBZ translation is seen through to completion! There’s not much to say, really. This patch is the result of well over a year of work and, hopefully, it shows.
I’ve made some headway with a couple of other projects on my plate, but more on that at the site!
Check it out!

Checking the community database, I saw that the Fuuin Tsrugi patch had updated a few days ago but wasn’t reported so I took the liberty of posting the news myself! :D
The patch is updated to 2.1 with changes to Link Arena Menus, ending, status effects, and support revision.
Staff note: You can get it from us as well.

Lose yourself in a translation
18 July 2006 6:56AM EST - Update by KingMike
I have released an English translation patch for The Great Maze for NES. Pure puzzle goodness (and not the Tetris variety), you must find your way through a 3D maze to collect all the treasure, as well as the exit. Sounds simple, but it’s pretty fun.
Released in RUP format, as well as IPS.
Dragonball Z: Killer Androids - Testers Wanted
18 July 2006 6:55AM EST - Update by RedComet
That’s right, another Dragonball Z game is nearing completion (as if I worked on anything else), and, barring a minor bug with the Save menu, everything’s ready to enter play testing, and for that I’d like a couple of people to help me out.
This is probably a really short game (I’d wager ~10 hours, if that), so I shouldn’t need more than 2 or 3 to really test it. Testing would consist of playing the game, reporting bugs, and general feedback on the patch. Please, proficient English speakers/writers only. This is important to me, so I’d appreciate only serious testers apply.
If you’ve any questions, please contact me at the email address on my site.

Treasure of the Rudras v2.00 released!
04 July 2006 4:41PM EST - Update by Gideon Zhi
Three years to the day after the initial release of an admittedly rather spotty translation of Squaresoft’s “Rudra no Hihou” the new version is ready! It includes quite a few improvements, including a fully variable-width font for the dialogues, a brand new and wonderfully written script, a redone opening sequence and extra letters for enemy names. The real star of the show is the script, though! It’s been fantastically cared for by M of Returner Games, whose work on Front Mission: Gun Hazard you may already be familiar with.
This patch is an almost completely new animal, and if you ever thought at all that the writing might’ve seemed a little flat in the old version, be sure to give this one a try!
Laplace’s Demon: Hacking Issues Almost Entirely Solved:
Very nearly all of the hacking issues in Laplace’s Demon, including the nasty menu glitches that make the current version nigh unplayable, have been fixed. Other improvements include dual-line items and selective linebreaking in item descriptions so the text doesn’t look quite so cramped when printed in the large font. A new version will be released following some polish to the main body of the script.

Magna Carta Phantom Of Avalanche - Partial Patch!
04 July 2006 5:30PM EST - Update by RPGuy
For those of you not aware, Magna Carta is an 3D style RPG from Korea. The second game in the series had a North American release on the Playstation 2 called Magna Carta: Tears of Blood. Most EB Game stores only got 2, or maybe 3 if lucky, copies of this game in. The graphics are amazing. However, the first game (Magna Carta: Phantom of Avalanche) was never released in North American. But thanks to the people at Lakuuna there’s a small partial English translation of this WIndows XP based RPG. I highly recomend this game.
